At Helping Hands Golf Resources (HHGR) a new division of JTR Enterprises , Inc.  Is dedicated to advancing knowledge through innovative research and information exchange that will have a positive impact on the golf community . 


We believe that these efforts will make a real difference in the golf community .

Established in 1990 , a  consulting organization located in , Hastings, Minnesota .


 Providing consulting services in strategic planning, business operations and technology initiative’s & technology integration solutions within health and fitness arena, other industries and government organizations. 


Consultant services are augmented by strategic partnerships with independent contractors in a variety of disciplines and partnership agreements.

Experience


Jo has more than 30 years of experience delivering business operations transformation and technology driven initiatives in multiple industry sectors. Her industry experience and expertise includes Health & Fitness , Health Care, K-12 Higher Education , Federal, State & Local Government Operations . 


Jo ‘ recognition for successful and critical leadership, stemmed from earlier contributions prior to JTR Enterprises, Inc. as a visionary and trailblazer in the health and fitness and technology community. 


Researcher Contributions


1979-1982 American Disability Act Impacts In K-12 Physical Education Programs 


As a researcher in the physical education arena her research which focused on the importance involving children with physical or sensory disabilities in physical education programs . 


This research played a significant role, in the expansion of Adaptive Physical Education programs incorporating cognitive skills. By utilizing the advancements in technology provided by Apple Computer & Microsoft software development initiatives.


This research was extended through funding from the Minnesota Department of Education and Minnesota Legislature in response to Title IX Education Amendment and the American Disability Act in 1980. That additional federal funding would be allocated for Adapted Physical Education K-12 programs. 


 National organizations recognized her efforts leading the research project as a pioneer in the education community.


Jo served on advisory boards for the President Council On Physical Fitness , Washington DC . American Association Physical Education Dance (AAHPERD) Reston , VA and was appointed to the Minnesota Governor’s Board of Directors For Health & Fitness.


Results of the research project success led to adoption of the process and procedures as a national model for other states to follow.


Technology Research Contributions


In later years, as Internet became a popular communication architecture . Jo was involved in identifying portal capabilities and development of solutions for technology application utilizing wireless telecommunications that was the birth of Wi-Fi.



Why Helping Hands Golf Resources ?


By utilizing JTR Enterprises,Inc CEO Jo Boettcher past experience and expertise with the health community, technology and extensive golf career experiencing health issues preventing her to play golf again and her story able to play golf after serious health issues  to play 18 holes of golf 4 days a week in less than 5 months.


This accomplishment and how it was documented needed to be shared with others. 


So other golfers, are able to return to play golf with health issues or limited mobility constraints be it temporary or permanent. To enjoy the socialization benefits playing golf again with others provides .


Because of this outcome this is why HHGR is so important to the golfers who miss their fore-ever friends because unable to play golf again.

This is why Helping Hands Golf Resources evolved as an organization reinforcing collaboration and provide golfers free information on the Helping Hands Golf Resources website on to accomplish getting back on the course .
