Sitting on A Bar Stool Analogy Works For Posture & Muscle Strength Improvement for Therapy & Correct Golf Swing Posture Set-Up

Once you start physical therapy for a bad back, hip or knee issue. The first exercise to test balance and strength, is working on a squat to keep your spine posture aligned.

The purpose of this exercise is to build strength of muscles and joints affected by various health conditions.

Learning how to get up from a chair on your own is the first step to recovery.

By applying the principle, involved in squat physical therapy exercise sessions. The purpose and goal is to gain strength in your calf's and quads in your legs.

This procedure can be easily applied to sitting on a bar stool golf swing analogy, when even wearing a knee brace and/or back brace while playing golf.

The goal is to squat in your golf swing set up . This procedure is to do a slight weight adjustment to

remain feet on ground and put initial pressure rocking back on your heels.

This type of swing setup leveraging the strength of your legs, arms , shoulders and core abdomen muscles. Without twisting your hips, back or using your knee joints during your swing.

This procedure provides consistency of hitting the ball straight. With limited ball impact errors (top ball, slice or hook), because of stance and swing follow through being consistent.

As a result of using a single plane swing and not moving feet once planted on the ground. Same approach to this swing set up can be applied to all clubs used in the game.

Based on upper body strength by the golfer distance may be affected but accuracy of shot is maintained.

An average Par 4 hole for most courses is approximately 400 yards.

So if distance is affected by not being able to use full swing mechanics.

Hitting the ball an average of 100 yards only , you will be on the green or close.

For using this process for short iron or wedges.  Practice using the same stance and single plane swing .To determine how far to go back on the swing plane and how far to follow through.
